With the launch of Ann Taylor's new visual brand came opportunities to delight customers with refreshingly thoughtful brand experiences. Cashmere & Cocoa launched with Ann's holiday collection as a series of in-store events in NYC, Boston, and DC, including a pop up hot cocoa cart and complimentary monogramming, gift calligraphy, and gift wrapping.

We teamed up with Brooklyn-based THE CHOCOLATE ROOM for our hot cocoa and re-created their classic Spiced Hot Chocolate recipe for making at home.

Our newsprint piece doubles as gift wrapping paper featuring an illustrated print by the talented LAUREN TAMAKI.

TAKEAWAY:

The challenge of creating an authentic retail experience for the new Ann Taylor brand meant designing a strong sub-brand that was warm and inviting, and creating truly rich content to support it. We got to collaborate with some of our favorite people to make that happen, including concocting the perfect hot chocolate and building the customized cart to serve it.
